Valet Mate – Resident Guidelines

We provide your community with professional doorstep trash collection. To keep service running smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

Pickup Schedule:

🗓 Days: Sunday-Thursday
⏰ Time: 7pm-10pm

How to Prepare Your Trash:

✅ Use tied, leak-proof trash bags only (no loose trash).
✅ Place bags inside your provided Valet Mate container.
✅ Limit to [#] bags per pickup unless otherwise approved.

Prohibited Items:

🚫 Hazardous waste (chemicals, batteries, motor oil)
🚫 Furniture, appliances, or bulk items (unless scheduled separately)
🚫 Loose liquids or sharp objects
🚫 Construction or renovation debris

Important Rules:
   •    Do not place bags outside the container.
   •    Overfilled or improperly prepared trash will not be collected.
   •    Missed pickups due to late set-out, improper preparation, or access issues will not be rescheduled.
